activities involved in the League, and that I am in good health and proper physical
condition to participate. I fully understand that participation in the League involves
inherent risks and dangers, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such
participation.

of pre-existing medical conditions due to physical activity.
3. **Equipment Risks:** Injuries caused by defective, misused, or malfunctioning
equipment, including paddles, nets, or court surfaces.
4. **Environmental Hazards:** Uneven or slippery court surfaces, weather-related
conditions (e.g., rain, heat, cold), or obstacles in or around the playing area.
5. **Collisions:** Contact with other players, spectators, or stationary objects,
potentially leading to injury.
6. **Cardiovascular Risks:** Heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular events
